Weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday. Please don’t arrive before 4 pm and please could you leave before 10 am in order to give us time to clean the property before the next guest.
If you are staying more than one week we may be able to provide Saturday morning cleaning service at an extra charge of £50.00.
If we are not able to be there to welcome you, we will arrange to leave the key in a convenient place.
We provide a welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits. We can arrange for a more substantial hamper at cost via Lawsons Delicatessen in Aldeburgh at www.lawsonsdelicatessen.co.uk. Brochure available on request.
Electricity and heating are included in the rental cost. We provide one basketful of logs is provided for the woodburning stove, more available at cost.
Beds are made up with duvets and fine bed linen, with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest, although more are available in the linen cupboard. We do not provide swimming towels.
The double rooms can be made up as one double or two singles as you wish
We don’t mind nice dogs, but please note that the area is not secured. We have a dog and a cat, too.
As the cottage is within the curtilage of a thatched timber-frame house, barbecues are not allowed by our insurance company.
